im a big fan of portland an i hope the gms and coaches look at this because i got some good stuff 2 say first of is i like the team we are pretty strong but our weakness is the small forward we got a great player in toutlaw but he a six man and can be a starter but why dont we go after ron artest or josh smith the would be great wit our lineup because nate mcmillian iis a defense minded coach so imagine josh smith or ron artest wit bayless, roy, aldrige, and oden we would be a monster so gm if u read this just try 2 go after these guys im happy so if i hear that we tryin get them two i would be happy so so long

It's been a long time since the sheed, pippen, detlef, damon and steve smith era where we almost made it to the NBA Finals. Now, little by little the pieces are coming in..Roy, Oden, Alridge, Outlaw and now the addition of Bayless...Now we are ready..PORTLAND will shock the world!! Go Trailblazers! Portland All The Way!

I'm excited about the progress the team has made since Brandon Roy was selected. With Oden on the court this year, I will be loving Rip City! Keep up the hard work and keep improving. Go Blazers.

I have been a fan since our first game. I rememger the high of our championship, the same year the NBA merged with the ABA. I was there in 77 to watch Walton, and Dr. Jack ramsey's system dismantle Philly's star ridden team. We were getting killed, until Mo. went one on one, with Chocalate thunder, Dr. Dunkenstine. No punches were thrown, but the "enforcer" prevailed That was the turning point in the series. For the first time since then, I have belief. Big market teams usually win out. This team will overcome. Heart of a champion.

P.S. We had Moses Malone, and traded him before the season began, it's not all about talent. Sound familier?

Hey Greg.
I'm a recent HS graduate and big time blazer fan.
I am also an artist and recently did a large pastel of you!
I'm wondering if you know who to contact at blazer marketing to see if they could use it at the first home opener!
looking forward to seeing the blazers get to the finals this year!

The NBA has a salary cap which generally negates the advantage that big market teams have in other sports. That's one of the great things about the NBA vs. MLB. Who wants to live in NY or LA?

Seth, you're right...it's not all about talent. But it's also not all about heart or desire. Champions generally have a high degree of both. I really believe that Portland now has both.

Oden will change this team at both ends. I can't wait to see him along with the other new players this season.
