I went on to run marathons and climb one of the toughest routes in the Himalayas. You and your trainer are doing all the right stuff -- the most important part of your rehab, in my experience, is to KNOW, in your head and in your heart, that your knee is fine, then just go out and play like it is -- because it IS! In other words, focus on what you're capable of, what you want to do, rather than what you're afraid might happen, and you'll be just fine, man.
